What Residents are saying about CovaiCare Retirement Communities?

Though I am a resident of tapovan since Oct…I had to come to blore in March and have got stuck here due to curfew and eager to get back as soon as I can.

However the residents appear very happy with all the hard work put in for creating SOPand also the day to day managing and helping the occupiers of Tap solace. This I hv gathered from the tele talk I hv with them to keep your in touch

My personal thanks to vivin and team during these stressful days.

Best wishes

We highly appreciate the various initiatives and preventive measures taken in the last few days to face the situation arising out of the Corona  Virus outbreak and those initiatives have given us a lot of confidence and comfort in facing the situation. The various initiatives should be a benchmark for other communities to follow.

It is said the real calibre of the person comes out shining not during ordinary dealings but only in facing the crisis situation with due courage, planning, and conviction. We could see the REAL YOU in these initiatives.

Best wishes for you and your dedicated team.

Apart from conceiving and executing the comprehensive protocol to protect us all from the pandemic, by CovaiCare, the concern shown by Dr. Baskar of Covai’sPolyCare needs to be appreciated.

He personally called up almost all the houses and reassured us that the staff of CovaiCare as well as PolyCare are always available to take good care of us.

Thank you Dr. Baskar, and Col’s Team Covai for everything.

We are truly grateful and blessed.

I can only endorse what has been stated by many of the Seniors residing here appreciating the care and comfort given by the Covai care management in the wake of a deadly virus stalking the country. I am sure the detailed protocol evolved after extensive deliberations by the caregivers and adhered to, willingly by all residents is going to be a success formula. From the response received from my children and some friends there is now a greater realization that such retirement homes are the ideal place for an aging population who need constant care and personal attention.

We cannot expect our children who are subject to greater stress and work competition and mostly live abroad to give that much care more so in such times. I do feel that the role of our retirement homes and the regulatory frameworks set up during such grave emergencies need greater exposure so that the Government realizes its stellar role in tackling a growing problem associated with an aging population.

I am a resident of S3 community for the last 8 years and I have always enjoyed and appreciated the services given by the Services Team. With the recent onset of Coronavirus, the entire team is on their toes and have ensured that all of us are Safe and Healthy in all respects. As a person who has spent most of my career in Quality Systems and TQM Training areas, I would like to state that the

SOPs prepared for the emergency situation are probably the best anyone could have made. My sincere appreciation of the work done by the Team including the Management who have not only prepared the SOPs in such an exhaustive at the same time very relevant and appropriate manner but also the way the System has been put in place.

My humble prayers to the Lord to keep all of you in Good Health and also keep all of you as cheerful as all of you have been till now. Our best wishes will always be for all of you even for selfish interest so that we are always safe and secure with your help and support.

I would like to convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to you and your dedicated team for the excellent work they are doing under difficult circumstances and uncertain situations.

For the last few months we seniors have been looking forward to the completion of our flats and our settling down there in the midst of that beautiful greenery.

Suddenly our worlds have turned topsyturvy and so have yours. But in spite of that, you and your team are working so hard for us.

May peace, normalcy, and happiness return to all our lives soon.

God bless you and your excellent team.

Thank you so much

At the outset, A BIG THANK YOU to all at CovaiCare for the continued & unstinted efforts undertaken all through to make the residents’ stay comfortable, more so now with the threat looming large on a/c of COVID-19. Can well imagine your mountainous responsibility & the CovaiCare team’s unceasing toil to ensure those that live within the Covai Community continue to live in comfort, without fear.

Addendum (varied parts) released by CovaiCare for Prevention of COVID-19 for the Covai fraternity, Guidelines for Home / Self Quarantine, Precautions against COVID-19 to protect the residents of Covai Communities, the much-needed Consult your Doctor Online at current times of restricted mobility thru’ Covai’sPolycareTeleMedicine, excellent initiatives towards documenting Instructions for Prevention of COVID-19 in CovaiCare Retirement Communities and Offices, disciplined conduct of Residents’ meeting in Chinmayam, constructive connect with us all vide editions of CovaiCare Happenings, regular sharing of the Weekly menu, not to mention the meticulously prepared Master Document for Persons with Disabilities & the related PWD Induction Check List at Chinmayam………….. and the list may go on & on & on !

Good job, Team. Way to go !

One of the most painful of all reflections, in my opinion, is that of selfless sincere work gone un-appreciated. Doubtless, Team CovaiCare does it from within w/o craving for the accolades. However, it would be unjust to not express one’s genuine appreciation, thanks & gratitude where it is due. It is rightly said that feeling grateful and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.

Appreciation is a wonderful thing: It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well. As a part of the Covai Family, as a part of the Covai Chinmayam family, A BIG THANK YOU, once again, Team CovaiCare !

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest form of appreciation is not to utter words but to live by them. And we do intend to when we come to live at Chinmayam.  GOVINDA willing (& COVID leaving !), I hope to come & settle with my family at Chinmayam in some months’ time.

God Bless.

We moved into Tapovan Solace in December 2019 and have been experiencing the care from you for the last 3 months.

Let me say at the very outset that I didn’t expect the attention to detail and to our welfare to such an extent.

Your team here in Tapovan Solace is doing an amazing job of everyone of the following:

  1. Your housekeeping staff are really well trained and polite.  They greet each person in the flat when they come in and each one of them follows the same procedures.  This goes to show how well they have been trained.

  1. Your medical team comes by weekly to check and see if we are in good health. Every meeting with them is so reassuring.

  1. The cultural committee has been doing an outstanding job in terms of the monthly get togethers and festival celebrations.  ALL members of the staff here get involved in the preparations and running of the get togethers and that is so nice to see.

  1. All the staff and Vivin, always have a ready smile and go out of their way to make our stay here an extremely happy one.

In these times of the Covid-19 problem, I am really amazed to see the level of detail of the processes (your initial 19 page document) that have been put in place in all your communities.

We are also being helped to get milk / curds and fruits now, which is a real great help.

I hope this letter will help to continue to motivate the CovaiCare family to keep up the GREAT WORK that is being done.  We need your help now and for the rest of our stay at Tapovan.  Additionally, my daughter will continue to stay here after our time and we feel assured that the right type of care will be available to her also.

The current challenge, like never in the history of the world, has made us more reflective to thank for all the mercies. We are able to see the compassionate side of you once again amidst all adversity.

You are an extraordinary leader, of an extraordinary organization, who demonstrate in every way that “ Everybody matters’’. Similar to a family situation, even in business when we say we love and care, we actually need to live it every moment.

Your leadership, today has enhanced trust in the seniors, and created an environment of reassurance and taking precautions to live safe. This is not any pompous management jargon, Everyone matters, its pure biology. We are social animals and respond to the environment we are in.

You, as you have always said are passionate about caring. Leaders set the culture. Your experience in the army, having an eye for details, having the ear to then ground, the detailing & overseeing techniques are exemplary. We go to bed praying for the success of Covai Care and wake up each morning thanking for the care and protection we received& and wishing Covai Care another day of success in all its endeavors. Each day throws up a new challenge which the team at Covai care is coping well with.

Colonel, this is happening because you have built a foundation in the culture in the organisation ‘Caring for people like your family’

Our heartfelt thanks to you and all members of your team,
